Meet the Team

Mitch Kranitz created Print Partner back in 2020, becoming the MSP Channel Manager for our parent company, Green Office Partner.

Before taking on this role, Mitch founded and sold two of his own MSPs. During this time, he clearly observed how much of a chore it can be for MSPs to coordinate with print vendors, which are too often unreliable partners. That’s why we’re so passionate about pushing against this notion.

When Mitch isn’t thinking about Print Partner, he’s likely hanging with his family, listening to a Lex Fridman podcast or working a puzzle!

Alec has been writing and managing content for Print Partner and Green Office Partner since 2022. In this last year, he’s built the Print Partner blog, the newsletters, social media posts, and various other campaigns.

When Alec isn’t writing about paper jams in a coffee shop, he’s probably playing board games, trying new recipes, or petting his cat, Romeo.

Karel supports our sales organization for both Green Office Partner and Print Partner.

Karel is truly the “engine” that runs Print Partner. Every deal registered, every new partner that joins, Karel is the glue that keeps all the pieces together. We would all be lost without her meticulous attention to detail!

When Karel isn’t busy keeping Print Partner running smoothly, she is spending time with her family, watching TV and listening to music.

DeAndre is the fearless leader of Green Office Partner’s service organization.

As a former MSP owner himself, DeAndre is familiar with the many day-to-day struggles MSP owners deal with.

Under DeAndre’s direction, our in-house service and support staff handles all support requests, every one of our client installations across the USA and Canada as well as monitoring steady state to make sure the ship is sailing straight.

Chris founded Green Office Partner in 2011 with his brother Todd. The business started as a local managed print provider for small businesses in the area.

Since then, Chris has watched his company grow and achieve monumental success, servicing organizations throughout 49 states in the US and now operating in Canada.

Green Office Partner has ranked on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years, as well as receiving the ENX Elite Dealer Award. Perhaps most impressive, We ranked as the #1 Best Place to Work in Chicago in 2023.

Jim has been a sales representative for Green Office Partner since 2021.

During his time with us, Jim has personally handled the accounts of dozens of MSP partners, helping them identify prospects while educating and selling to their referrals.

When Jim isn’t meeting with clients, he’s playing the drums or watching a Godzilla movie! (He’s shared the stage with Buddy Guy!)

Mark Meng has been with Green Office Partner since 2021, and is the trusted sales rep for a large handful of our MSP partners.

Mark is dedicated to providing the absolute best service possible to every MSP he works with and the clients they introduce us to.

Steve's been with us since 2018. As a veteran to the service industry, Steve is no stranger to providing a smooth experience both for our clients and for our MSP partners.

When Steve handles your account, you know your in good hands.

When he's not helping clients, he's probably playing his guitar or out on the greens working on his short game.
